Job Description

As a member of the Support organisation, you will resolve post-sales customer inquiries via phone and electronic means. Your focus is to provide level two support including problem resolution within published goals using the Knowledge Base, write product documentation, use Web Resources, and Lab Testing, etc. to resolve issues.


Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and real-time resolution for various technical and non-technical customer issues.

  • Handle a wide range of concerns including product compatibility, configuration, license reconciliation, support entitlements, invoice inquiries, and product availability.

  • Manage open service requests, implement fixes such as writing SQL scripts, and document cases for escalation.

  • Analyze hardware or software problems and record case notes in the tracking system.

  • Work may involve semi-routine tasks and may be delivered via electronic channels (web, email) or phone support.

  • May work in a call center environment as required.

  • Serve as the point of contact for new customers, introducing and educating them about Oracle's offerings.
