Planning & Execution of daily S&D activities.
Coordination, Follow-up & obtain the information/data on time.
Preparation of Periodical MIS reports as per the business requirement.
Effective usage & regular updating of data in ERP/SAP-PP Module.
Maintain good relationship with both Internal & External Customers.
Effective Coordination, Communication & Organize Meetings as per schedule.

Monitoring of Process & Produce Quality of Milk & Milk Products.
Effective utilization of Manpower & Energy.
Maintain Safety, Cleanliness and Hygiene Conditions.
Implementation of SOPs and documentation as per ISO Norms.
Adherence of CCP’s, Minimization of Operational losses & leakages.
Monitoring Quality Packing, Storage & Preservation of Produced Products on time.
Skills Required:
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate production teams, set clear goals, and provide guidance and support to achieve objectives.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address production issues, optimize processes, and improve efficiency.
Organizational Skills: Effective organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet production deadlines.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies relevant to the industry, as well as knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
