Job Description

As a Client Servicing Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping us maintain and strengthen our relationships with clients. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and contribute to our mission. You'll work closely with our Client Servicing team to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that their expectations are exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

● Maintain regular communication with clients via email, phone, or in-person meetings to

understand their needs and address any concerns or questions.

● Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and

contracts are in order, and guiding them through the initial stages of our services.

● Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues

promptly and professionally.

● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and production, to

coordinate and execute projects that meet client objectives and deadlines.

● Prepare and analyze client reports, including key performance indicators and metrics, to

track project progress and demonstrate the value of our services to clients.

● Collect and summarize client feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with

the team to make necessary adjustments.

● Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to offer valuable insights to clients and internal teams

Desired Qualifications & Experience 

  • Candidate is available to join immediately for a full time in-office internship for 3 months.

  • 0 to 6 months of experience in Client Servicing, Advertising/Digital Marketing or Social Media internship.

  • Excellent communication & writing skills.

  • Graduate degree or Pursuing Degree.
