Refund and Cancallation
At Webstrome, we strive to provide excellent tech services, graphic services, digital marketing services, and training and development for new coders. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully:
1.1 Tech Services, Graphic Services, and Digital Marketing Services:
We offer a full or partial refund for our tech services, graphic services, and digital marketing services under the following conditions:
a) If there is a genuine dissatisfaction with the quality of our services, you must contact us within 7 days of service delivery to request a refund.
b) The refund amount will be determined based on the nature and extent of the issue faced.
c) If any third-party expenses were incurred during the project, those will be deducted from the refund amount.
1.2 Training and Development Services for trainee:
Refunds for training and development services are subject to the following conditions:
a) If you wish to cancel your enrollment before the commencement of the training program, you are eligible for a full refund.
b) If you choose to cancel your enrollment within the first week of the training program, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
c) After the first week of the training program, no refunds will be provided.
2.1 Tech Services, Graphic Services, and Digital Marketing Services:
a) You may cancel your project request at any time before the work has commenced.
b) If you decide to cancel the project after it has started, you will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
2.2 Training and Development Services:
a) You may cancel your enrollment in the training program at any time.
b) If you cancel before the training program's commencement, you will receive a full refund.
c) If you cancel within the first week of the training program, you will receive a 50% refund.
d) No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the first week of the training program.
